Returns:
- You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@redlandstruckservice.com or call (888)249-0124. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and instructions on how to return the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return policy above and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within five (5) business days of receiving the product at Sales@redlandstruckservice.com
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive and inspect the defective or damaged product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
Cancellations:
- If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at (888) 249-0124.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
